Position Summary:

• Run a small granite, marble and stone fabrication shop. 
• Operate multiple saws and other fabrication machines to produce stone counter tops. 
• Must have prior experience working in either a metal fabrication or woodworking shop. 
• Will be supervising 3-5 people.

RV Service Technician

Job Description:

Local service shop searching for experienced RV Service Tech to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. Pay is $13 - $15 hourly, DOE. This is a long-term position that needs to be filled immediately.

Successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, and have a working knowledge of: 

• 110 & 12-volt electricity
• plumbing
• hydraulics
• roof A/C
• furnaces
• RV-type water heaters
• refrigerators
• slide-outs

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior RV Service Tech experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to lift 75lbs on a consistent basis
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to repair electrical, plumbing, and RV appliances
• RVIA Certification is a plus

Front Desk

Associate will provide exceptional customer service while exceeding expectations, improving satisfaction, and completing all required tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner. The front desk sets the tone for the agency. 

Essential Duties: 

• Open office, brew coffee, tidy and set up front reception area. 
• Answer phones by the 2nd ring in a courteous and professional manner with corporate accepted greeting. 
• Greet walk-in customers and potential customers and direct them to the appropriate agency personnel. 
• Scan/upload daily all endorsements, applications, quotes, etc. 
• Apply payments and/or answer billing inquiries. If payment received in daily mail, or by telephone, make notation in E-agent that payment was processed. 
• Daily Bank Deposit: Record all checks/ cash received on bank deposit slip. Stamp all checks with deposit stamp. 
• At end of business day, run payment report and close out for the day. 
• Make copies of all checks before depositing and make copy of deposit slip. When stamped at the bank, also copy stamped slip. 
• Count petty cash on a regular basis. 
• Run cancellation audit list/ call and follow up on all policy holders on the list. 
• Process follow ups and tasks assigned to front desk. 
• Update customer contact information where possible. 
• Open, process and/or distribute mail. 
• Write and send thank you notes for new business. 
• Comply with all agency and company requirements, policies and procedures
